Pricing, answered plainly
- Why don’t you list prices?
- Pricing is quote-only while we onboard our first practices — we size a plan to your call volume and set-up in the demo, rather than printing a number that fits nobody. Founding-cohort rates are locked for 12 months.
- What is founding-practice pricing?
- We are onboarding a limited first cohort at a discount to future list pricing, in exchange for feedback and a reference story. Sign on during launch and your rate holds for 12 months, even as we add features and raise prices for later customers.
- What happens if we go over a usage limit?
- A live call in progress always finishes — nothing cuts an active session. As you approach a limit we notify you with options: move up a tier, or pay for the overage. You choose the behavior in advance, so there are no surprise bills.
- Is this only for dental practices?
- Dental is where we started and where we are deepest. The platform is built around swappable packs, so it adapts to most appointment-based practices. If your day runs on bookings, ask us about the fit.
- Is there really no setup fee?
- Right — onboarding is self-serve through a wizard, and our team is on standby by email or screen-share. Premium and multi-location plans get hands-on onboarding.
- Where does our data live?
- In Canada. PHI stays in Canadian data residency, encrypted at rest and in transit, with a tamper-evident audit trail on every AI action and override. Built for PHIPA and PIPEDA, not retrofitted to them.
- Can we cancel anytime?
- Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period, no penalty. Multi-location agreements carry notice terms agreed up front.
